hi guys Im confused in this please i need help

am going to use adruino board mega2650 to control brightness of LED light bulbs
but am still thinking of how would I have an enough power supply to power 4 LED light bulbs that each one has input voltage of 90v ac to 290v ac, because I was thinking of using a regular battery 12v dc but i thought that wouldn't be enough and those batteries are dc voltage .

any clarification or suggestions would be appreciated guys

 

Personally I believe if you have to ask this type of question you should NOT be doing this project. Working with line voltages is NOT safe for unskilled users like yourself.
