this solenoid that turns on briefly, what is it's function. Is there a feedback that can be sensed to terminate, or is it a simple timed function.

 

The solenoid is just a pure actuator to push the object into another position, no sensor feedback, so I'll need to control the timing for it to ON and OFF.

 

what Is a ‘pure’ actuator? Could a limit switch on the actuator confirm and terminate the ‘push’? A delay off should work, but a switch may be more accurate.

 

ok, just an actuator, piston-like. The problem now is to trigger it after PE2 turn OFF.

 

After some research I've managed to have a working design, thanks everyone that provided help and suggestion.
