Hi,
I took the blower fan out of an old central air conditioning unit.

I would like to be able to use this blower with a three-prong plug to plug into a 110 outlet.

The fan has 1 each of black red and blue wires.

The three-pronged plug has 1 each of black, white, and green wires.

To wire the plug onto the fan which color wires connect together?
For example, do I wire the black to black?......etc?

Thanks so much,
Clarisa

A central air unit should run on 220 VAC. The black wire is one hot phase, the red wire is the other hot phase, and the blue is (I think) protective ground. You won't be able to run it on single phase 110.
