Hello!
I have a DC motor drive that takes in 0-12VDC control. The drive only operates at 3-12VDC in practice. I have a control that outputs 0-10VDC. How would I add a constant 2-3VDC offset to my control output?
I have tried making a simple voltage divider circuit with a potentiometer from a 24VDC power supply and placed that in series with the control output (0-10V) to try to get an input on the motor drive to 2-12V. Is this correct. When I did it I would only get 2-6V output to the drive.
Any help would be great. Thanks.
