In an AC serie network with ac voltage of 40V, serie resistor RS 200Ω, and a capacitor Xs -100Ω. i have found the load impedance ZL to be (200+J100)Ω.
now; If this circuit was to connected to pure resistance circuitry, a/ what would be the formula to fine the RL Load resistor?. b/and what would the value of the resistor be?
thank you

I thought I have already posted this but.. I found the answer to my question..the formula for an RL ( load resistance ) in an AC network contening resistores and unductors is squareroute of RS (serie resistor) square plus XC ( capacitive reatance) square. and the value of the load resistance in this circuit is 223.6 ohms. thank you guys...
