How many ac volts should I use for for my input? What is a good frequency to use? What size capacitors do you suggest? Project must have no distortion. I plan on using 3 BJT NPN. My first two stages will be Common Emmiters and my final stage will be a Common Collector. Pleeeaase help.

 

Forgot to mention that it has to have a gain of 300

When designing an amplifier, the input determines how it is built.

Most are in the audio range of 20Hz-20kHz.

If you are working with RF, things change quite a bit.

Need a schematic of what you've got so far, what the power supply is, what the output load will be, and the anticipated range of input frequency, level, and impedance, etc.
