Hello All,
Iam in the process of designing a power supply for electrolysis equipment . Below are the parameters of the design:

1) Input: 220VAC , 50hz mains supply
2)Output : 200V ,15 amps(ie 200x15 =3KW),pulsed square wave 200hZ DC
a) Constant voltage on the output is necessary else application heats up
b) Clean DC pulsed square waves are necessary else application heats up

I have some basic idea about the design , but it would be very helpful if somebody can help me put together something concrete .Iam a mechanical engineer by profession and i have simply failed to locate a company in my town that will design and manufacture something of this sort . So, if somebody can help me out on the design commercially also , it would be just great.

DC Pulsing circuit

This is the basic schematic i have . I dont know about the the specifications for pulsing circuit and also have no clue about the necessity and specification for Inductor.Any help is much appreciated.

This design cannot be made safe. To avoid a lethal shock hazard you must, let me repeat myself, you must have a transformer to isolate your device from the mains.

Hello,

The transformer as papabravo told you is a must.
The isolation from the mains will make it safer but even then the voltages are not safe.
