Hi,

Can someone explain what "32 x 32 memory address decoder" mean to ?
I'm confused in this memory address title.

I think it is a decoder for a 32 x 32 bit memory array. The decoder accepts a 5-bit binary value (address), and one of its 32 outputs will be enabled accordingly. I'm not sure, though.
