I am trying to identify and/or locate a compatible component for what I believe to be a transistor TO-92 package labeled A3275 Y217. I previously found some similar components somewhere for sale online which matched the A3275 but not the Y217. I can't find those listings again. My question is how can I find the specs for my component and then compare them to a similar component in order to find one that's compatible. I would like to find a duplicate replacement component if possible, if not, one that will work in it's place. Thanks for any help or information you may have.

 

It's actually labeled A1275 YK217. I've found listings and data for A1275 and it's a TO-92 package apparently but how can I find information and a compatible component for the YK217 part?

 

YK217 is probably the mfg date/batch code? How about a pic of the component.
