need a vhdl project consisting of atleast minimum 15 gates.....

a 4-bit full adder should be a good project to do - and it will be easy to simulate as well.

a 4-bit adder is a main project, which when coded will synthesize to more than 15 logic gates.

why do you need a fancy name?

it is a 4 bit binary adder.
