I have done Bachelors in computer science but i am interested in Hardware and software both especially something that involves micro controller and programming but i don't know what job can i get where i can build circuits and then program them for a living.
and what things i need to learn more to get a job, like what is the popular micro controller that is being used in industry and something like that.
please mention the things that i need to learn.

If you opt for the Microchip line, there is a whole raft of useful information and App notes on the site and elsewhere.
For schematic capture there is the free Kicad which is quite popular with many tutorials.
You need to became proficient in a programming language and PCB board layout. Just for a few.
Max.

I am already using Kicad for my PCB and schematic designs, i have designed a few circuits too, and i can literally do anything when it comes to arduino and all, but now i want to move onto something more complex but i don't know where to start like what other micro controllers are being used on industry level, and i am learning more and more programming by the day.

I was a test engineer making/buying/programming functional test on the end of a production line. It was a job I really enjoyed for the variety of tasks involved. It is very different to designing the final product where any design cost is amortised across the product lifetime. The test equipment has to work first time - no time for pre-production runs.
