More information is needed. 7 segment displays are for numeric data. Are odd-looking letters acceptable? What can you use for logic. Are microprocessors acceptable?

Homework help is a bit conditional - you are expected to actually do the assignment. We can led advice, but not do the assignment for you.

Have you any approach to this problem? For instance, how would you change a display every 5 seconds? How might you present new data at that time?
