Hi All,
I am trying to replace the existing Halogen bulb of my Motorbike with a Xenon HID.
My bike had an initial coil of 35W which I upgraded to 55W.
Now the problem is I get only about 7V 2.5 Amps while idling which is no way near to the rating of 35W HID Xenons so I would like to know how I can achieve the 12V 5A constant output from my coil even at idling.
The input voltage ranges from 7V all the way to 16V while revving the engine.
I hope I have explained the scenario well... all help will be appreciated
And one more option driving the Xenon bulbs directly from the battery is not an option as the bulb had killed my battery 2 times now.
Thanks again.
