I need to desugn a 50Hz notch filter using the Sallen-Key topology.
I have no idea where to begin.

Hello,

Sallen-key filters are used for high and low pass.
Take a look at the attached PDF on filter techniques.

If you have a problem with mains hum and notch out 50Hz then you will be left with harmonics of 50Hz which are 100Hz, 150Hz and more.
