    anyone can help me how 480v transformer work? and where I can buy it.

    That is only possible with some additional information, like what kind of power it needs to handle.

    It is worth noting that messing with high voltages and having no experience and training in doing so may easily produce a lethal accident. What is your application?

    480 doesn't forgive. It will blow your face off and burn you terribly and that is not exageration. If you have to ask these questions you need to get someone qualified to deal with it.

    A note on safety - don't even attempt to measure a voltage that high unless you have a high-quality meter that is rated for such an application.

    Inexpensive multimeters can and do explode in a plasma fireball that is thousands of degrees in temperature. It will kill you instantly.

    Stay twice your height away from such circuits. That way if you should happen to fall, you will still have several feet between yourself and the lethal power.
