Please how can a 3KVA Inverter be designed so that it batteries delivers steady 50Amps for 12 hrs using 12V ; or 24V batteries ?

50 * 12 = 600W

600W < 3000W.

You would need at least 250A; probably closer to 300A if you include inefficiencies and as a safety margin.

One of my 1500W inveters pulls 300A to deliver 16A@120V (slightly overloaded, but it handles it), so add 20-45% for efficiency.
