I have a 1hz square wave between 2V and 0V going into a 3904 at the base thru a 1.3k resistor. Collector is tied to same 2V source thru a 200ohm resistor. emitter is tied to ground. At the collector, I'm seeing a continuous 0V on the scope. It appears that the npn is always turned on even though base is alternating between 0 and 2V. I'm not seeing an inverting square wave at the collector as I would hope.. What is happening? Thanks!
