3-phase PMSM & controller not working in Simulink

Hi guys,

Am new here but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I currently have a model for a PMSM that's not working. There is a small voltage input that specifies a desired rpm, then torque then a reference current. This current is fed into an inverse Park transformation with the thetam output of the PMSM block - the iabc* output of this block is combined with the iabc output of the PMSM (ia,ib,ic combined in a bus) in a little current regulator I have made based on a model on the mathsworks site. This then heads into an inverter which supplied the PMSM with several hundred volts DC.

I get absolutely nothing out of the motor when the mechanical input is set to speed, w. When I set it to Torque, Tm and give it a kick (start the rotor speed at 100 or something) it decays from this point sinusoidally to zero, very quickly.

Really lost for what to do, will gladly provide the model to anyone interested. Currently downloading R2012 so maybe that will provide a magical solution but I doubt it.

Cheers,
Dan
