im looking for a 3 input transistorized subtractor using the 2N222 transistors. ive searched it on the net but i cant find any schematic diagram.

Those should be 2N2222's, by the way.

 

That is because nobody has made adders and subtractors from discrete components since the late 1950's or the early 1960's when integrated circuits first appeared. This was before there was such a thing as a schematic in electronic form. I suggest textbooks from that era like Norman Scott's classic work on Analog and Digital Computer Technology.
