Could someone give me a hand on this situation? - I have a DC motor(3-6V 0.5A) in parallel with a LED (3V 20mA), and my input voltage is 3.3V, I'd like to know if the 0.33ohms resistor 3W is the right to choice to match the motor voltage(3V) - I'd like that my maximum input current to be 1A.

Why do you want to put 1A through a motor rated to 0.5A? Why do you think this is possible, since the motor is rated up to 6V? The LED is the item that needs protection against over-current. A 47Ω resistor would be a safe place to start.
