Good-day all,
i consructed a 24v inverter using cd4047, and it worked fine but when i connect it to the main suppy the MOSFET (irf250) burns. this occurs during change over to mains power supply. i suspected a transcient factor and introduce snubber in output teminals but this only reduced the freqencies of MOSFET damage. what else can i do, this my 1st time of construting a 24v inverter, am used to the 12v type. pls help
