Question 1
I am curious how many questions are on a typical hamming licience exam
and how many questions you need to get right to pass?

Question 2
if you have a wave frequency of 6Mhz is the only way to convert the frequency to 1Mhz is by using a product multiplier with some intermediate frequency ? (like the way superhet radio's do or are their other ways if so what)

It really helps if you start your thread with a meaningful subject line.
For example, "HAM License - # of Q's, % needed to pass?"
leaves little doubt as to what the thread is about.

It is also best if you use different threads for different questions.

I am curious why that is a question. Does one study any differently for an exam with just 10 questions versus one with 200 questions?

No , but it would help in gaging how fast I can spend on a ham question when I am taking the test.

Anyhelp on these questions would be great.
I will try to give as meaningful titles next time sorry about that.
