Looking for switch/splitter so that when A to A’ is connected, B to B’ is disconnected and vice versa.

A DPDT (Double Pole, Double Throw) switch should take care of the problem.

 

Or a suitable relay/contactor.

What are you switching? There is VERY big difference between switching a microphone signal and switching the electric power to a furnace.
