Choose gate driver for MOSFET switch

Hello everyone,
I designed a boost-converter where the source that controlled the switches (NMOS and PMOS) is ideal. Now, I want the switches to be controlled through a microcontroller (PIC32MZ1024EFE064-E/PT-ND) but I think I need a gate driver for NMOS (2N7002ET7G) and PMOS (NTJD4152PT1G). The switching frequency is 1MHz. Can anyone help me with what should I consider when choosing a gate driver?
Thanks,
John

Use a gate drive IC MIC4427 etc, you can get inverting as well as non-inverting versions.
The 2n7000 series interface direct.

Please post a schematic.
Boost are not commonly done with P & N parts.
FET drivers are made for N and not often made for P. I need to see what you are doing.

Hi,
The schematic:

I use an NMOS and a PMOS to be synchronous .
The signal that comes from the pic to the nmos and pmos is out of phase in order to ensure that when one leads the other is turned off. I think the pic provides a current up to 30mA and Cgate_NMOS = 0.81nC and Cgate_PMOS = 2.2nC. I need a switching frequency of 1MHz or higher (1MHz is the lower limit) and I think I need a driver to supply more current.

2N7002 60V .28A sot-23 little thing.
NTJD4152PT1G also small low voltage 800mA. Hard to find, found some in China.
Are you trying to boost 1.5V to 3.3v?

I trying boost in range of [0.5;3]V (large range) to 3.3V varying duty-cyle.
I chose these transistors due to low Rds(on) because the application requires minimal power consumption. The more power the circuit consumes, the more degraded the figure of merit of my system.

Linear devices "energy harvesting" will give some ideas. From what I built before, most will not start below 1.8V but once started they can work down to .5V.

The operating current has not been specified, but if it is quite low, then it may be possible to use some inverters in parallel, powered from the circuit's output, provided that the input voltage is high enough for the inverters to operate, and the output voltage is less than the maximum for the inverters.
