Anyone have any idea how to figure out what this exact IC marked U3 (BCD0D) in the photo below is? Based on the PCB layout I can assume it's a buck converter IC of some sort. Checked several online databases and found nothing, Google Search returned nothing useful. Any help is appreciated. No schematics available for the TCON board as far as I can find.
