I'm working on robotics Arm. i've seen most of people use HK15298B Servo. Can I use Mg945 Servo instead of HK15298B because my budget is too low

Welcome to AAC.

When posting such a question as this, it is always helpful to give links for the two products mentioned.

Here is the HobbyKing servo: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/hobbykingtm-coreless-digital-hv-mg-bb-servo-11-5kg-0-17sec-66-4g.html

As for the MG945, that identifier is relatively generic, and there are several possibilities. It appears you mean to refer to the Tower Pro servo that can be bought for about $10. http://www.towerpro.com.tw/product/mg945/

Hobby King doesn't give the deadband specification. TowerPro claims 1 uS. HK weighs about 10 g more, which probably doesn't matter. They have about the same speed and torque. Thus, unless deadband is critical, they have similar specifications and substitution should be possible.

When is deadband critical? Generally for small and precise (reproducible) movements. I doubt the HK servo's deadband is less than 1 uS, which is relatively small. For analog servos, it is often on the order of 8 uS. Of course, what Tower Pro claims may not be what it actually does either.
