I am looking for a 13-input NAND gate circuit datasheet.
The problem is that it must take a VCC(usage voltage) of 1.8 V and it seems that i can't find any.

What's the exact purpose of the circuit?
What's the maximum signal speed?

I've got a university assignment to find that circuit datasheet but everything i find starts at 2V.
To be honest i am a bit desperate because i had searched on almost every website that i could find on google and i've got nothing.So even the smallest clue will help me.

 

I don't think you will find such an animal outside of an FPGA or a CPLD.

This device lets output pins be used as inputs. You could make a 13 input AND gate with one of these.

CD4068 is an 8-input AND/NAND gate. Minimum operating voltage is 3V.

Or you can use 13 diodes to create a 13-input AND gate using diode-resistor logic.

These are AND gates. You’ll need a NOT gate to get a NAND gate.

74LVC30 is 8-input NAND gate.
