Hi,I want to know the output currents of the photodiodes.but this information is not given in the Datasheet. How can i learn it?
Photodiode model SD003-151-001

The responsitivity of that photodiode is given right there in the data sheet: 0.9 amperes/watt of incident energy at a wavelength of 1310 nm and a reverse bias of 5 volts.

From that, and from the intensity of the illuminating source, you can calculate how much output current to expect.

Or, you can just measure the current with the diode illuminated.

"pF" is "picofarad" or 1E-12 Farads. So, 10pF is 0.000000000010 farads. The "116f" may be a misprint or error. It is probably suppose to be 11pF (?) which is a reasonable value for the circuit. Or, maybe 116f means 116 femtofarads (1E-15 farads)? Can you post the source for the circuit?
