Why compensate for PCB boreholes?

Please describe what you mean by "compensate." Just guessing, but when you specify a drill diameter for a plated hole, you must consider the plating thickness.
oh,ok so i have some drill diameter like 0.1mm,0.15mm,0.2mm and so on.
if i wanna have a 0.155mm,i should choose 0.2mm right?

If you are having the boards fabricated by a commercial board house, just specify the finished diameter of the plated-through hole on the fabrication drawing. Include the legend 'Hole sizes are after plating' on the drawing along with your tolerance spec. They will drill the hole appropriately oversize so that it is the correct size (within the specified tolerance) after plating.

Agreed. There is probably a book or class that teaches this stuff but I don't know of any offhand. The way I learned was visiting with various PCB fab houses to ask what information they needed to make my boards. Most online houses have examples. I like
https://www.4pcb.com/
and their free DFM service here:

If you can get a board through that, you're THERE!

And you can always get general information right here on AAC.

Good luck!
