I have to decide between the Feeltech FY3200S and GW Instek SFG-1003. I need a generator for learning purposes, audio and automotive electronics testing etc. I also want to design circuits.

Thank you,. I saw reviews of the one you have on youtube and they complained about a slight dc offset, even if you put the offset on zero. I don't know, i'm afraid on losing money on these Chinese generators. They all come from one factory under different brand names.

For a few dollars more and higher frequencies up to 60MHz.

-Make sure what you buy is the correct MHz and plug/voltage for where you live. They make them for all over the world. Mine is spot on according to my scope.

I bought one of these on ebay about a decade ago - still going strong. It was some of Tek's lower-end stuff the time they sold it, but it still works well, and is professional quality... none of this cheap rubbish. The two things I wish it had is a sync input and floating outputs. Everything else works well.

You can get one for far less than a Benji these days too. I might buy another one!
