I recently found out by my dumpster a Windows XP Pro computer tower, I did what I do with most electronics I find and took it apart for parts.
Inside I found two Samsung 512MB memory sticks. I have a Lenovo 10110 all in one computer, can I, or should I install these two sticks, and would it improve, or destroy my system?

Most all-in-one computers are really laptop boards installed inside a monitor. Ram from a desktop are not the same as laptop ram.
However, you have to check of course. two 512MB sticks are hardly worth saving, and odds are your all in one has only two memory slots, even if it took desktop ram.
You have to check the ram type (DDR2, DDR3, etc) and slot configurations to see if anything is compatible. (Read the manual...)

From what I can find, you all in one uses DDR3-12800 (1600Mhz) ram, but not sure of "size" of the ram, it could be desktop or laptop...

EDIT: Your all in one uses laptop ram, so desktop ram will not fit...
