Hello! I have a project I am working on, and I need to know which of the three series of sensors would be the best fit for my project. I also want this post to serve as a reference for others trying to build boards around these sensors. That way they don't have to struggle as I did. If you could add a description of each series of sensor and information for why someone would want each type, this post will be able to help a great many people.

As for my particular question. I have a product that needs to be able to read the difference between two water lines down to a +- .1 PSI accuracy. 15 PSI is the minimum for how far it has to be able to tell that difference. I want to use one with an analog output so I can plug it directly into an Arduino and read the water pressure difference. That means my options are as follows...

SSCDRRN030PDAA5 Operating Pressure: +/- 30 psi , Accuracy: 0.25 % , Series: SSC
HSCDRRN015PDAA5 Operating Pressure: 0 psi to 15 psi , Accuracy: 0.25 % , Series: HSC
TSCDRRN015PDUCV Operating Pressure: +/- 15 psi , Accuracy: 0.15 % , Series: TSC / NSC
SSCDRRN015PDAA5 Operating Pressure: +/- 15 psi , Accuracy: 0.25 % , Series: SSC

I can use the +/- 30 PSI sensor because of the accuracy of 0.25%. It still gives me an equivalent of 0.075 PSI.

I think that all of these will work, but I do not understand the difference between "High Accuracy, Compensated/Amplified" , "Uncompensated/Unamplified" , "Compensated/Unamplified" , "Standard Accuracy, Compensated/Amplified" (these are the phrases used to describe the series by Honeywell) and how any of those relate to me plugging the analog out pin into an Arduino. Do I need complimentary components to read the value from an uncompensated sensor? Or is it the other way and I need things for the amplified? Does each series have its own pieces it needs? These are the kind of questions I have. Basically, if you could recommend the sensor which requires the least extra pieces to read the value I would appreciate it. If you could also provide a way to read the value from the other series that would tremendously help the others who run into this problem and need to know about the other series.
