Hi, i am looking for a simple easy to use 13.56MHz HF RFID evaluation/starter kit, that comes with ISO15693 vicinity tags that is able to R/W.
The smaller the size the better, with range of anywhere from 1 to 10 cm is fine. The tags must also have enough memory to store basic info such as name, date, address, etc.

I have looked through many companies (Texas Instruments, Atmel, Melexis, NXP, SONMICRO etc.), but was only able to find 1 source that matches the criteria. (Here is the link: http://www.ti.com/tool/trf7960aevm)

I was hoping to find a few other sites or companies to compare with before I make the purchase. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!!

OK, this site is a hobby-level store and everything else you mentioned is industrial-level, but.... I was browsing adafruit.com last night looking again at the unit she makes/sells - it's her own breakout board, but the price is nice and it might be worth checking out. I didn't find mention of the ISO15693-compliant tags you mention, though, but she offers an assortment of "MiFare" tags of which some might serve.

Other than that, I don't have anything, and it shows my knowledge is firmly located at the hobby level. :)

You might look at the ProxMark 3 (or whatever is the latest version). I'm pretty sure it is compatible with 13.56MHz tags.
