12V LED and the need for a driver??

First of all, hello and thanks for allowing me to join this forum. I have been trolling for a few days and have really learned a lot.

I am trying to make an LED light for my boat (12volt system) using this light ( http://cgi.ebay.com/30W-White-High-...067?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f03292a2b ) it runs of 15 volt dc. This same vendor sells a 50WATT driver ( http://cgi.ebay.com/50-Watt-Waterpr...039?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f06e50d17 ). I am wondering how I can make that LED work on my twelve system.
