I pretty much left the labels off because phase is irrelevant for your equipment.
The 220V is going into another transformer as soon as it gets into the amplifier, anyway.
Max described alternate schemes pretty well in post #12.
You can let the 220V winding not be grounded if you fuse both wires, but I prefer a ground path to dissipate static charges. Then again, I've never been in Germany. I don't know if they earth one side of their 220VAC power lines.

If you're going to use a 'scope, know that the "ground" of most scopes goes to the bond terminal in the power plug. Connect your probe ground wrong and you'll be making a trip to turn the circuit breaker back on.
