I have 100grams of graphene in the following specification:
98.6% 1 to 5 layer graphene
Planar range: 0.25~50um
Trace: Sulphur, Nitrogen, Ash, Acetone.
Resistance: 300 Ohm/cm2
Environmentally friendly method of production.
Product of the United Kingdom.
This material exhibits an apparent thermal conductivity somewhere between copper and diamond as I
have tested it as part of a thermal compound in a heavily overclocked computer system.
What I do not have however is a raman spectroscopy analysis of the graphene because I
cant afford it, hence significant price reduction.... for now.
