I am working on designing an atmospheric plasma chamber and power supply and was wondering if anybody has information power supply designs for supplying a high voltage (up to 3 kV @ 1-10 mA) sinusoidal signal in the 10 kHz to c. 100kHz (or Higher) frequency range. Working at the university we have a massive range of components at our disposal so any input would be great. I understand that the transformer would be the critical component so help on this in particular would be of benefit in particular.
