I'm planning to measure temperature with PT100 using 4 wires. So I need stable current source or some nice IC with that, ADC and maybe filters (sinc for 50Hz or just downpass). I have found MAX31865. It has nice resolution but poor accuracy ± 0.5 ° C (?).
