easy for experts

Are those two mosfets still good even if they're burnt transparent? Is that ceramic fuse or is it a chemical directory like diodes and mosfets? I'm in school for electronics but I don't have a multimeter yet to indicate it myself. Can someone please help me identify the three damaged components...
