DC motor rating

Hi I am trying to figure out the ratings for a dc brushless motor for RC cars. I could not find the manufacturer datasheets for it. The components are probably imported and hand assembled. Is it possible to determine voltage and current rating fora motor like that?

You have no spec's.
Make a guess.

Start applying voltage and measure the RPM. When you reach 1,000RPM, measure the voltage. That will be the K/v rating. (velocity constant) Unless you have a means of measuring torque, it's going to be tough to go beyond that.

Compare its size to other RC car brushless motors that you can see on the internet. Motors of the SAME TYPE of a similar size will have similar power rating.

Also RC cars likely run off a common voltage power pack, that should give you an idea of the voltage.
