How to increase from 5VAC to 12VAC. Any suggestion? If can, give also the circuit reference..

You must tell us the current required and why you need to step up 5V to 12V. The simplest way would be to use a step up transformer with turns ratio 5:12.

We still need to know the available current at 5v and the required current at 12v.
