Low power circuit

Hi guys,
i need help on calculating power consumption of a MEMS temperature sensor and to design a MEMS Temperature sensor which consumes less power then current designs.

Given a data sheet how would I know what is the power consumption of the design?

would appreciate if anyone could tell me how to calculate the power consumption. I have Pspice installed but i have not use it before. Can it be calculated through simulations?

That is not a datasheet, and there is no information about power dissipation. I think your best chance of getting information is to try to contact the authors.
