I found several zip socket of 40 pin DIP MCU but not for SOIC.
I need to program SOIC & give it to customer. He will solder them. That's why I am looking for ZIP socket for SOIC.

What I need is I can put MCU in it, program it by programmer without any soldering.

    1. I found some ZIP like below but they are for DIP

3M and other manufacturers make "burn-in" sockets for SOIC devices. Here's a link to the type I use: http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/1/ts0338-49241.pdf The 3M part number for 20-pins is: 220-7201-55-1902

    Some other brands are cheaper.

Emulation Technology has lots of this kind of thing in various configurations e.g. SOIC ZIF to DIP adapters etc. See the section on Programming Adapters.

Its first-rate stuff but not particularly cheap.
    Good Luck.
