Hey guys im not that savy on using diodes.. and need some help.. i have a 2013 canam maverick 1000.. in high gear there is a sport mod that gives you 100 % throttle.. in low gear you do not have this option and is limited to 40 %.. however on the transmission connector for low gear there are 3 wires.. a 5v wire a signal to ecu wire and a ground.. there is a guy saying i can take a jumper wire from the 5v wire to the ground with a .5 watt 3.3v zener diode and that will trick the ecu into thinking its in high gear.. and the voltage for high gear is 3.3 v... any help if this would work would be greatly appericiated.. thanks
