If you came for care and had no water or power.....they had one time cash grant for help.....check out the Hill Burton Act again.

Your federal rep may not have a clue.
 
My dentist can help you. He requires no xrays and does everything based on experience.
He'll boot you up with some sodium pentothol for the pain.
If you ask nicely for some drugs like diazepam and codeine, then he will give them to you if he trusts you.
....
Better make an appointment quick to see this guy, before he gets struck off!

Sam ,this insurance is only available in the U.S. ,there were members that was able to find clinics near there home.

You have to understand the Hill Burton Act and how very few people even knew it exist. This is different from emergency
