XBee OEM RF whip antenna modules?

I'm currently using the maxstream xb24-dks usb development board. But it seems like there is no software communication between the board and the XTU software. The port works fine. It powers up the board. But it seems like there is a baud rate problem. I am trying to program a XBee OEM RF whip antenna module. But when I try and read and write to it, it says that it detects a baud rate difference even though my PC settings are the same as the software settings. What else can be the problem I don't think there is a problem in the BIOS either. Either way, there is no option for me to change the baud rate in the BIOS menu. What else can I do?

XTU should prompt a message to ask you press reset button on development board. Press that button will make ZBee board reboot and then XTU can talk and know the correct baudate.
You can also try the check/uncheck the API mode.
The default setting should be 9600, N, 8, 1

You can also try Comm Operator to test XTU. The terminal of XTU is not very good.
