XBEE DATA SENDING USING TERMINAL

Dear All,
I have two xbee modules(model 4214-A-XBEE2) i will send the data from a serial monitor of my one pc and has to receive at the other pc terminal, is it possible..............xbee modules are connected using usb to the pcs. is any at commands need to send strings...? pls help me
