Wye delta conversion

Can any one help me with the following question?

I am not sure how to convert the following wye delta figure from the right to the left as shown in the following diagram

A step by step would be much appreciated

First convert just the delta capacitor part (three by -j36Ω) of the network to a star (wye) equivalent. The start point of this conversion is then tied to the star point of the three (9+j12) elements. The equivalent capacitive elements in each wye arm are then effectively in parallel with a (9+j12) element. Calculate this parallel value and you then have the three equal unknown impedances shown in figure 2-b.

This makes perfect sense, should have seen it before, thanks.
