Wiring lights on a pedicab

Hi, I'm trying to rig all this up. Additionally, I have 2 switches, 2 fuses, 2 batteries, and 2 flasher units.


I want all the lights to come on with one switch, and also the brake lights to illuminate when front brake is used (have a momentary button switch for that also). I'd like both the yellow signals and the led lamps to signal/hazard.

I have 2, 12v motorcycle batteries, another pedicab guy suggested I run 2 circuits.

Any tips/advice would be great.
