ECG? As in ElectroCardioGram, heart monitor? You want to transmit a hearbeat over bluetooth? http://www.sparkfun.com/products/582 I think this will do what you want. There are also cheaper models on the same site. You will probably need to write the RS232 protocol in your ATmega or I'm sure you can find a library for it if you decide to program with the arduino software.
